摘　　要：某特高压站1 000kV变压器新加装应急排油装置,本文针对该应急排油装置中电动球阀发生的渗漏油故障进行分析。首先经第三方检测机构开展电动球阀密封性能及密封件材质检测工作,然后根据检测结果利用专用装置进行不同工况下的电动球阀密封性能试验,并综合分析几种导致电动球阀渗漏油的原因,最后给出电动球阀生产检验、安装调试、运行维护等方面的注意事项。A new emergency oil drainage device is installed for the 1000kV transformer in the ultra-high voltage station.This article analyzes the oil leakage fault of the electric ball valve in the emergency oil drainage device.Firstly,the sealing performance and sealing material of electric ball valves are tested by a third-party testing agency.Then,based on the test results,special devices are used to conduct sealing performance tests for electric ball valves under different working conditions.Several reasons for oil leakage of electric ball valves are comprehensively analyzed.Finally,precautions for production inspection,installation and debugging,operation and maintenance of electric ball valves are given.
