摘 要:挥发性卤代烃(volatilehalocarbon,VHCs)是大气中一类重要的臭氧层破坏者和环境污染物,海洋微藻释放是大气VHCs的重要来源,在调节全球气候中起着至关重要的作用。该研究在2个温度(T=20、25°C)和2个CO_(2)分压(pCO_(2)=395、790 mg/L)条件下,模拟研究了温度和pCO_(2)升高对中肋骨条藻生长和3种VHCs(CHBr_(3)、CHBr_(2)Cl和CHBrCl_(2))释放量的影响。研究结果表明,pCO_(2)=395 mg/L,T=25°C时,中肋骨条藻的生长情况最佳;pCO_(2)=790 mg/L,T=20°C时,中肋骨条藻的生长情况最差。温度升高时,CHBr_(3)、CHBr_(2)Cl和CHBrCl_(2)的平均浓度分别增加了10.55%、9.45%和12.18%;pCO_(2)升高时,CHBr_(3)和CHBrCl_(2)的平均浓度分别降低了19.29%和30.80%;温度和pCO_(2)同时升高时,CHBr_(3)和CHBr_(2)Cl的平均浓度分别增加了8.06%和29.02%。该结果表明,温度和pCO_(2)同时升高对中肋骨条藻VHCs释放产生了协同效应,加剧了温室气体VHCs的释放。Volatile halocarbons(VHCs)are important ozone layer destroyers and environmental pollutants in the atmosphere.As an important source of atmospheric VHCs,ocean plays an important role in regulating global climate.We conducted an experiment to simulate this process in combination of 20°C and 25°C vs partial pressure of CO_(2)(pCO_(2))of 395 mg/L and 790 mg/L to understand the effects of elevated temperature and pCO_(2)on the growth and release of VHCs from Skeletonema costatum.Results show that when pCO_(2)=395 mg/L at 25°C,the growth of S.costatum was the best and when pCO_(2)=790 mg/L at 20°C,the growth was the worst.With the increase of temperature,the average concentration of CHBr_(3),CHBr_(2)Cl,and CHBrCl_(2)was increased by 10.55%,9.45%,and 12.18%,respectively.With the increase of pCO_(2),the average concentration of CHBr_(3) and CHBrCl_(2)was decreased by 19.29%and 30.80%,respectively.When temperature and pCO_(2)were increased at the same time,the mean concentrations of CHBr_(3) and CHBr_(2)Cl were increased by 8.06%and 29.02%,respectively.This result further indicated that the simultaneous increase of temperature and pCO_(2)had a synergistic effect on the release of VHCs from the algae,which further aggravated the release of greenhouse gas VHCs.
