摘 要:抗生素废水是一种有毒有害不易降解、浓度大的废水,直接排入水体对环境危害大。采用头孢曲松钠模拟抗生素废水,通过实验探究反应时间、过硫酸盐投加量、溶液pH、反应温度和纳米Fe_(3)O_(4)投加量对头孢曲松钠废水去除率的影响,从而选择出最佳实验条件。通过实验表明,当过硫酸盐反应浓度为40 mmol/L、反应时间为120 min、溶液p H为7、反应温度为50℃、头孢曲松钠的去除率为84%。另外用共沉淀方法制备纳米Fe_(3)O_(4),当过硫酸盐浓度为40 mmol/L、反应时间为120 min、溶液p H为7、反应温度为25℃、纳米Fe_(3)O_(4)投加量为2.5 g/L时,头孢曲松钠的去除率可以达93%。Antibiotic wastewater is toxic and harmful,not easily degraded,and has high concentration.It is harmful to the environment when it is directly discharged into the water body.In this experiment,ceftriaxone sodium was used to simulate antibiotic wastewater,and the effects of reaction time,persulfate dosage,solution pH,reaction temperature and nano Fe_(3)O_(4)dosage on the removal rate of ceftriaxone sodium wastewater were investigated through experiments,and the best experimental conditions were determined.Experiments showed that when the persulfate reaction concentration was 40 mmol·L^(-1),the reaction time was 120 min,the solution pH was 7,the reaction temperature was 50℃,the degradation rate of ceftriaxone sodium was 84%.The co-precipitation method was used to prepare nano Fe_(3)O_(4),when the persulfate concentration was 40 mmol·L^(-1),the reaction time was 120 min,the solution pH was 7,the reaction temperature was 25℃,and the nano Fe_(3)O_(4)amount was 2.5 g·L^(-1),the reaction degradation rate was 93%.
