摘 要:采用乳液聚合法制备聚苯胺,对空心玻璃微球进行磺化后表面包覆聚苯胺制备聚苯胺/空心玻璃微球复合材料。用SEM、IR、四探针等测试手段分析聚苯胺及聚苯胺/空心玻璃微球复合材料的形貌及电导率。结果表明:球形聚苯胺的粒径大约为500nm,无明显团聚。对空心玻璃微球磺化后,其表面更好地合成聚苯胺,聚苯胺/空心玻璃微球复合材料的电导率随反应时间的增加而增大,电导率最高可达0.76 S·cm^(-1)。The polyaniline was prepared by emulsion polymerization,and the hollow glass microspheres were sulfonated and then coated with polyaniline to prepare the polyaniline/hollow glass microsphere composite material.The morphology and electrical conductivity of polyaniline and polyaniline/hollow glass microsphere composites were analyzed by SEM,IR,four-probe testing method.The results showed that the particle size of spherical polyaniline was about 500 nm,and there was no obvious agglomeration.After sulfonation of the hollow glass microspheres,the surface of the hollow glass microspheres could be better coated by polyaniline.The conductivity of the polyaniline/hollow glass microspheres composite increased with the increase of the reaction time,and the highest conductivity could reach up to 0.76 S·cm^(-1).
