摘　　要：大庆炼化公司180万吨/年最初规模按180万吨/年设计,为了在2010年汽油质量达到国Ⅲ标准要求,二套ARGG装置于2009年检修期间实施了MIP-CGP技术改造。装置包括反应再生、分馏、吸收稳定、余热锅炉、烟气脱硫、气压机、能量回收、产品精制几部分组成,ARGG装置以减压渣油等重质油为原料,采用MIP-CGP专用CGP-1DQ催化剂,以生产富含丙烯、异丁烯、异丁烷的液态烃,并生产高辛烷值汽油。本装置现加工能力238万吨/年,反应部分采用全提升管反应器,再生部分采用多段供风的管式烧焦加床层完全型式。The production unit of Daqing Refining&Chemical Company was originally designed according to 1.8 Mt·a-1 scale.In order to meet the requirements of national III standard for gasoline quality in 2010,MIP-CGP technical transformation was implemented during the overhaul of two ARGG units in 2009.The device consists of reaction-regeneration,fractionation,absorption stabilization,waste heat boiler,flue gas desulfurization,air compressor,energy recovery and product refining.The ARGG device uses heavy oil such as vacuum residue as raw material and CGP-1DQ catalyst special for MIP-CGP to produce liquid hydrocarbons rich in propylene,isobutylene and isobutane,and to produce high octane gasoline.The current processing capacity of this unit is 2.38 Mt·a-1.The reaction part adopts the full riser tube reactor,and the regeneration part adopts the full tubular scorch bed with multi-stage air supply.
