摘 要:蒸汽喷射在设计制造过程中需要结合一定的工作蒸汽参数,但是在实际使用过程中,在各种因素的影响下可能改变工作蒸汽参数,其中最为明显的影响因素就是蒸汽含水量,其能够对蒸汽喷射真空泵的运行效率和性能产生直接影响,在降低蒸汽的过程中安装疏水装置是最常见的措施。基于此,将对疏水装置对蒸汽真空泵的重要作用和优化疏水系统的问题开展分析。During the design and manufacturing process of steam injection,certain working steam parameters need to be combined.However,in the actual use process,the working steam parameters may be changed under the influence of various factors,among which the most obvious factor is the steam moisture content,which can have a direct impact on the operating efficiency and performance of the steam injection vacuum pump.Installing a drain device in the process of reducing steam is the most common measure.Based on this,the important role of the drainage device on the steam vacuum pump was analyzed as well as the problem of optimizing the drainage system,hoping to provide some reference for relevant personnel.
