摘  要:从生产工艺的角度论述了甲醇制丙烯工艺中循环烃蒸发器、蒸汽凝液系统运行状况及对装置运行的影响,通过综合分析,将不同问题进行综合考虑进行优化改造,既解决了装置运行过程中存在的泄漏问题,又实现了现有能量、资源的高效利用,确保了装置安全、高效运行。From the perspective of production process,the operation status of circulating hydrocarbon evaporator and steam condensate system in methanol to propylene process was discussed as well as its influence on the operation of the device.Through comprehensive analysis,different problems were comprehensively considered for optimization and transformation,which not only solved the leakage problem in the operation of the device,but also realized the efficient utilization of existing energy and resources,and ensured the safe and efficient operation of the device.
