摘 要:油田水处理药剂是提高注水水质、保证原油高产稳产、保护油田环境的关键。针对延长油田石家河注水站存在的水质不达标、药剂配方老旧的问题,进行水处理药剂种类和投加浓度优化,利用三因素正交实验得出石家河注水站的最优水处理药剂配方及加药顺序为:先加入杀菌剂20 mg/L,再加入除氧剂160 mg/L,最后加入缓蚀阻垢剂150 mg/L,水质达标且药剂成本较原配方降低26.63%。Oilfield water treatment agent is the key to improve water injection quality,ensure high and stable crude oil production and protect oilfield environment.In view of the problems of substandard water quality and outdated reagent formulation in Shijiahe Water Injection Station of Yanchang Oilfield,the types and dosage concentration of water treatment agents were optimized.The three factor orthogonal experiment showed that the optimal water treatment agent formulation and dosage sequence for Shijiahe Water Injection Station were as follows:first adding 20 mg·L^(-1) of bactericide,then adding 160 mg·L^(-1) of deoxidizer,and finally adding 150 mg·L^(-1) of corrosion and scale inhibitor.The water quality was up to standard and the cost of the agent was 26.63%lower than that of the original formulation.
