摘　　要：远程应急会诊系统平台的建设对于应急医疗救助,优质医疗资源共享有重要的现实意义。本文提出系统应遵循实时性、稳定性、易用性、开放性和扩展性原则,概括系统主要功能模块,包括患者病情资料获取与展示、远程视频会议建立、系统数据及人员权限后台管理,并结合5G核心技术提高远程视频会议的流畅性,且支持移动端和PC端,以期解决基层医疗资源紧张的问题。The construction of the remote emergency consultation system platform is of great practical significance for emergency medical assistance and sharing of high-quality medical resources.The paper puts forward that the system should follow the principles of real-time,stability,ease of use,openness and expansibility.The main functional modules of the system are proposed,including the acquisition and display of patients'condition data,the establishment of remote video conference,the background management of system data and personnel rights.It combines 5G core technology to improve the fluency of remote video conferencing,and supports both mobile and PC terminals.
