多学科协作联合4R管理对CT泌尿系成像检查患者图像质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究多学科协作(MDT)联合4R危机管理的护理干预对320排640层容积CT泌尿系成像图像质量的影响。方法选取2020年12月至2021年12月在我院行320排640层容积CT泌尿系成像检查患者86例为研究对象,依据随机原则将其分为对照组(n=43,给予常规护理干预)和研究组(n=43,给予MDT联合4R危机管理的护理干预)。对比2组扫描图像质量、造影剂外渗及严重程度、检查依从性、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、CT增强扫描认知度。结果研究组图像质量优良率93.18%显著高于对照组77.27%,造影剂外渗发生率(6.82%)及中、重度外渗发生率(2.27%、0)均低于对照组(25.00%、13.64%、9.09%)(P<0.05)。研究组检查依从率、CT增强扫描认知度评分均较对照组高,SAS评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。研究组满意度较对照组高,(P<0.05)。结论对行320排640层容积CT泌尿系成像检查患者实施MDT联合4R危机管理的护理干预,能够提高其对CT增强扫描的认知度,消除其焦虑症状,促进其检查依从性提升,降低造影剂外渗发生率,从而有效保障图像质量。Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary team(MDT)-based nursing intervention combined with 4Rcrisis management on the image quality of 320-row 640-slice CT foRurological imaging.Methods From DecembeR2020 to DecembeR2021,a total of 86 patients examined with 320-row 640-slice CT foRurological imaging in ouRhospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 43 in each group.Patients in the control group were managed by routine nursing intervention and those in the research group were managed by MDT-based nursing intervention combined with 4Rcrisis management.Imaging quality,contrast agent extravasation and severity,examination compliance,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores and recognition of CT enhanced scan were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of excellent and good image quality in the research group was significantly higheRthan that in the control group(93.18%vs 77.27%,P<0.05).The rate of contrast agent extravasation(6.82%vs 25.00%),and moderate(2.27%vs 13.64%)and severe extravasation(0 vs 9.09%)in the research group was significantly loweRthan that in the control group(all P<0.05).The compliance rate and recognition score of CT enhanced scanning in the research group were significantly higheRthan those in the control group,and SAS score was significantly lower(P<0.05).The satisfaction in the research group was significantly higheRthan that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion MDT-based nursing intervention combined with 4Rcrisis management to patients receiving 320-row 640-slice CT foRurological imaging can improve theiRawareness of enhanced CT scan,eliminate the anxiety symptoms,enhance the examination compliance,and reduce the incidence of contrast agent extravasation,thus effectively ensuring the imaging quality.
