预康复理念下的多维度干预对全髋关节置换术后功能康复与负面情感状况的影响

摘　　要：目的探究全髋关节置换术引入预康复理念下的多维度干预策略对术后功能康复与负面情感状况的影响。方法选取2019年7月至2020年5月接受全髋关节置换术治疗的92例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为常规组和研究组,每组46例。常规组采用常规护理干预,而研究组在常规组基础上采用预康复理念下的多维度干预,对比2组的术前、术后1个月的功能康复情况[Harris髋关节功能量表(HHS)]、负面情感[焦虑(SDS)、抑郁(SAS)]以及生活质量[生活质量综合评定量表(GQOL-74)]。结果术后1个月,研究组的疼痛、功能、活动范围、HHS总分均高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组的SDS、SAS评分均低于常规组(P<0.05);且研究组的社会功能、躯体功能、心理功能、物质生活评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在全髋关节置换术中引入预康复理念下的多维度干预策略,能有效促进患者术后髋关节功能康复,减轻其负面情感状况,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of multi-dimensional intervention with the pre-rehabilitation concept on postoperative functional rehabilitation and negative emotional status in patients afteRtotal hip arthroplasty.Methods A total of 92 patients who received total hip arthroplasty in ouRhospital from July 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the subjects,and they were randomly allocated to control group and study group,with 46 patients in each group.Conventional nursing intervention was given to all patients,and a multi-dimensional intervention with the pre-rehabilitation concept was additionally given to those in study group.Hip function assessed by the Harris Hip Scale(HHS),negative emotion assessed by the Self-rated Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rated Depression Scale(SDS),and the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOL-74)were evaluated before and month 1 between groups.Results At 1 month postoperatively,the pain,function,range of motion and total scores of HHS in the study group were significantly higheRthan those in the control group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,SDS and SAS scores in the study group were significantly loweRthan those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of social function,physical function,psychological function and material life in the study group were significantly higheRthan those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of multi=dimensional intervention with the pre-rehabilitation concept can effectively promote the postoperative hip functional rehabilitation,alleviate the negative emotional status,and improve the quality of life in patients afteRtotal hip arthroplasty.
