摘　　要：笔者以新疆农业大学会计专业的毕业生为主要研究对象,通过问卷调查的方式对2022届毕业的专升本学生、本科生、研究生的就业现状进行了分析,进而探讨出不同学历层次背景下新疆会计学专业毕业生存在的就业困境以及原因,并针对就业困境提出相应的对策。Taking accounting graduates of Xinjiang Agricultural University as the main research object,this paper analyzes the employment status of different educational background graduating in 2022 by questionnaires,explore the employment difficulties faced by accounting graduates under different educational background and analyze the reasons for them,then propose relevant countermeasures and suggestions for employment difficulties.
