高校班级优良班风建设路径探析

摘　　要：当前的大学生以“00后”学生为主体,他们表现出了具有时代性的个性特征。这些学生组成的高校班级也呈现出新的特点。笔者通过分析当代大学生的思想特征、性格特征和行为特征,发现其存在的问题,探讨如何引领学生健康成长、进行有效的班级管理、建设优良班风。本文重点从思想引领、治班方略、文化建设、骨干带头和典型示范五个方面进行阐述,深入探析优良班风的建设路径,以期发挥高校的育人功能,提高大学生的综合素质。The current university students,with the“post-2000s generation”as the main body,show the characteristics of The Times.The university classes composed of these students also present new characteristics.By analyzing the ideological,personality and behavior characteristics of contemporary university students,we can find out the problems and reasons,and explore how to lead students to grow healthily,carry out effective class management,and build anexcellent class style.It focuses on five aspects,namely,ideological guidance,class governance strategy,cultural construction,backbone leadership and typical demonstration,and deeply analyzes the construction path of excellent class style in universities,in order to enhance the function of education in universities and improve the comprehensive quality of university students.
