摘 要:目的 分析抗酸染色法、蛋白芯片法、分枝杆菌生长指示管(mycobacteria growth indicator tube, MGIT)液体培养法检测技术在肺结核中的诊断价值。方法 选取2019年11月-2021年12月聊城市传染病医院结核科收治的80例疑似肺结核患者,临床症状综合分析和影像学为金标准。分别采用抗酸染色法、蛋白芯片法、MGIT液体培养法对80份痰标本进行检测,分析3种检测方法的诊断效能。结果 经金标准检测后确诊肺结核73例。MGIT液体培养法诊断肺结核的灵敏度、特异性与准确率均高于抗酸染色法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);蛋白芯片法诊断肺结核的灵敏度98.63%、特异性100.00%与准确率98.75%均高于抗酸染色法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MGIT液体培养法与蛋白芯片法的检测效能较好,实际临床诊断中应当结合患者自身情况,合理选择检测方法,最终提升诊断效能。Objective To analyze the diagnostic efficacy value of the three detection techniques of antacid staining method,protein microarray method and MGIT liquid culture method in pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods From No⁃vember 2019 to December 2021,80 suspected pulmonary tuberculosis patients were selected from the Tuberculosis Department of Liaocheng Infectious Diseases Hospital.Comprehensivesis analy of clinical symptoms and imaging was the gold standard.80 sputum samples were tested using acid fast staining,protein chip method,and MGIT liquid cul⁃ture method,and the diagnostic efficacy of the three detection methods was analyzed.Results After gold standard test⁃ing,73 cases were confirmed as pulmonary tuberculosis.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of MGIT liquid cul⁃ture method in diagnosing pulmonary tuberculosis were higher than those of acid fast staining method,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of protein chip method in diagnos⁃ing pulmonary tuberculosis were 98.63%,100.00%,and 98.75%,all higher than those of acid fast staining method,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The MGIT liquid culture method and protein chip method have good detection efficiency.In actual clinical diagnosis,it is necessary to combine the patient´s own situa⁃tion and choose a reasonable detection method to ultimately improve diagnostic efficiency.
