摘 要:在近些年的细胞程序性死亡研究中,发现细胞死亡与铁死亡存在密切的相关性,即铁死亡是细胞内脂质氧化产物的过量积累,造成细胞发生不可逆的损伤,最终导致细胞死亡。研究发现,组织细胞中的多种生物化学过程均与铁死亡存在一定的关联。疾病方面涉及风湿免疫疾病、肿瘤、缺血再灌注损伤等。目前,铁死亡通路下的ACSL4、LPCAT3蛋白表达与特发性炎性肌病发生的相关性还鲜有研究报道,深入研究该通路有助于更加准确掌握疾病的发生与治疗。In recent years,in the study of programmed cell death,it was found that there is a close correlation be⁃tween cell death and ferroptosis.That is,ferroptosis is the excessive accumulation of lipid oxidation products in cells,which causes irreversible damage to cells and eventually leads to cell death.Studies have found that various biochemi⁃cal processes in tissue cells are related to ferroptosis.Diseases involve rheumatic immune diseases,tumors,ischemia-reperfusion injury,etc.At present,there are few research reports on the correlation between the expression of ACSL4 and LPCAT3 proteins under the ferroptosis pathway and the occurrence of idiopathic inflammatory myopathy.In-depth study of this pathway will help to more accurately grasp the occurrence and treatment of the disease.
