摘　　要：目前,人类病谱随着社会的发展发生变化,由营养性疾病、传染病等转为与生活行为、心理社会因素密切相关的身心疾病。针灸为中医特色技术,调神是针灸三大法之一,庄礼兴教授继承并发展靳三针调神思想,创立“调神针法”,从中医调神的角度将情志病分为心身疾病与身心疾病两大类论治,调神分主辅,均获良效。近年来,针灸调神逐渐成为中医学界临床的研究热点。At present,the spectrum of human diseases has changed with the development of society,from nutritional diseases and infectious diseases to physical and mental diseases closely related to life behavior and psychosocial fac⁃tors.Acupuncture and moxibustion is one of the three major techniques of Chinese medicine.Prof.Zhuang Lixing in⁃herited and developed the idea of Jin´s three-needle acupuncture,and created the"Spirit-tuning Acupuncture Method".From the point of view of Chinese medicine to adjust the spirit of the disease will be divided into two catego⁃ries of psychosomatic disease and physical and mental disease treatment,adjusting the spirit of the main and auxil⁃iary,have obtained good results.In recent years,acupuncture has gradually become a clinical research hotspot in Chi⁃nese medicine.
