摘　　要：目的 探讨宫颈扩张球囊对有引产指征的孕妇促宫颈成熟中的应用效果。方法 回顾性选取2020年6月—2022年4月宁德市闽东医院接诊的187例有引产指征的孕妇作为研究对象,根据促宫颈成熟方法不同分为研究组(n=94)和对照组(n=93)。其中,研究组孕妇接受宫颈扩张球囊联合小剂量缩宫素点滴引产,对照组孕妇接受小剂量缩宫素点滴引产。比较两组孕妇Bishop评分、总产程时长、促宫颈成熟效果。结果 引产后,研究组孕妇Bishop评分为(8.14±1.42)分,高于对照组(7.26±1.53)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.101,P<0.05);研究组总产程时长为(6.18±0.46)h,短于对照组的(9.16±0.63)h,差异有统计学意义(t=36.969,P<0.05)。研究组促宫颈成熟总有效率为97.87%,明显高于对照组90.32%,差异有统计学意义(t=4.813,P=0.028)。结论 采用宫颈扩张球囊引产,可提高Bishop评分,缩短产程,提升促宫颈成熟效果。Objective To investigate the effect of cervical dilation balloon on cervical maturation in pregnant women with indications of induction of labor.Methods A total of one hundred and eighty-seven pregnant women with indications of labor induction in Mindong Hospital from June 2020 to April 2022 were retrospectively selected as the study objects,and divided into study group(n=94)and control group(n=93)according to different methods of cervical maturation promotion.Among them,the pregnant women in the study group received cervical dilation balloon combined with low-dose oxytocin drip induction,and the pregnant women in the control group received low-dose oxytocin drip induction.Bishop score,total labor time and cervical ripening effect were compared between the two groups.Results After labor induction,the Bishop scores of the study group(8.14±1.42)points were higher than that in the control group(7.26±1.53)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.101,P<0.05).The total labor duration of the study group was(6.18±0.46)h,was significantly shorter than that of the control group(9.16±0.63)h,and the difference was statistically significant(t=36.969,P<0.05).The total effective rate of cervical maturation promotion in the study group was 97.87%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 90.32%,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.813,P=0.028).Conclusion Induction of labor with cervical dilation balloon can improve the Bishop score,shorten the labor process,and enhance the effect of cervical maturation.
