丹皮酚软膏联合复方敏维糖浆对小儿急性湿疹患儿治疗效果、不良反应及复发率的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究复方敏维糖浆联合丹皮酚软膏对治疗小儿急性湿疹患儿效果、不良反应和复发率的影响。方法 随机选取2022年1月-2023年1月山东省临朐县人民医院收治的100例急性湿疹患儿为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同将其分为两组,各50例。对照组接受丹皮酚软膏治疗,观察组接受复方敏维糖浆联合丹皮酚软膏治疗,对两组治疗效果、不良反应和复发率、临床症状评分、临床症状改善情况、皮损消退时间、症状消失时间、血清免疫相关细胞因子水平进行统计分析。结果 观察组患儿的治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的复发率12.00%低于对照组40.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.187,P<0.05)。观察组患儿的皮损渗出、皮损面积、瘙痒程度、表皮肥厚、皮肤褐红色评分及临床症状总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿皮疹数量减少、皮疹密度降低、分布面积减小、皮损程度减轻比例均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿皮损消退时间、症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿血清白细胞介素-10水平、CD8均低于对照组,血清干扰素-α水平、Th1/Th2、CD4、CD4/CD8均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在小儿急性湿疹患儿治疗中使用复方敏维糖浆联合丹皮酚软膏具有良好的效果。Objective To study the effects of compound Minwei syrup combined with Paeonol ointment on the treatment of children with acute eczema,adverse reactions and recurrence rate.Methods 100 children with acute eczema admitted to Linqu County People´s Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups of 50 cases each according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with Paeonol ointment,and the observation group was treated with compound Minwei syrup combined with Paeonol ointment.The two groups were statistically analyzed for treatment effects,adverse reactions and recurrence rates,clinical symptom scores,clinical symptom improvement,time to regression of skin lesions,time to disappearance of symptoms,serum immune-related cytokine levels.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 12.00%,lower than that of the control group(40.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.187,P<0.05).The skin exudation,skin lesion area,itching degree,epidermal hypertrophy,skin brownish red score,and total clinical symptom score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had higher proportion in decrease in the number,density,distribution area,and degree of skin lesions compared to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter time for the disappearance of skin lesions and symptoms compared to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum levels of interleukin-10 and CD8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the serum interfe
