摘　　要：目的 针对小儿静脉输液中实施舒适护理应用的效果进行研究。方法 随机抽取2021年2月-2022年2月无锡市儿童医院收治的80例静脉输液患儿为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分成对照组和观察组,每组40例。其中观察组采用的是舒适护理方法,对照组则以常规方式进行护理,比较两组患儿输液情况、护理依从性、患儿家属对护理的满意度。结果 观察组一次性穿刺成功率(95.00%)比对照组(72.50%)高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.439,P=0.006)。观察组患儿哭闹发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属对护理的满意度(97.50%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的护理依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 小儿静脉输液过程中采用舒适护理不仅可以降低输液中不良情况的发生,还能有效提升护理质量,有显著效果。Objective To study the effect of comfort nursing in children´s intravenous infusion.Methods A total of 80 children with intravenous infusion admitted to Wuxi Children´s Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were randomly selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with comfortable nursing,while the control group was treated with routine nursing.The children infusion situation,nursing compliance and the satisfaction of family members of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of one-time puncture in the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(72.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.439,P=0.006).The incidence of crying in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the family members of the children in the observation group was 97.50%,higher than that in the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The care compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of comfort nursing in the process of intravenous infusion in children can not only reduce the occurrence of adverse conditions in the infusion,but also effectively improve the quality of nursing,with significant effects.
