摘 要:目的 探讨老年性心律失常合并糖尿病患者护理中应用知信行健康教育的效果。方法 方便选取2020年1月-2021年12月在复旦大学附属中山医院接受治疗的188例老年性心律失常合并糖尿病患者作为本次研究对象,按照信封法将患者分为对照组(常规护理干预)及观察组(常规护理干预+知信行健康教育),各94例,干预60 d后观察不同护理措施对老年性心律失常合并糖尿病患者知信行评分、生活质量及自我效能水平的影响。结果 干预60 d后,观察组知识评分[(48.21±3.24)分]、信念评分[(38.55±12.01)分]、行为评分[(42.26±3.12)分]均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.454、3.436、2.863,P<0.05);且相较于对照组,观察组疾病情况[(65.01±4.77)分]、生理情况[(79.55±3.34)分]、社会交往[(70.24±3.19)分]及心理活动[(66.24±2.31)分]的生活质量评分均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组自我效能水平均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对老年性心律失常合并糖尿病患者,实施知信行健康教育,患者疾病知识认知度有所提升,生活质量得到改善,自我效能水平也明显提高。Objective To explore the effect of applying knowledge-attitude-practice health education in the nursing care of geriatric arrhythmia combined with diabetes mellitus patients.Methods 188 cases of geriatric arrhythmia combined with diabetes mellitus treated in Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from January 2020 to December 2021 were conveniently selected as the subjects of this study,and the patients were divided into the control group(conventional nursing intervention)and the observation group(conventional nursing intervention+knowledge-attitude-practice health education)by the envelope method,with 94 cases each.After 60 d of intervention,observed the effects of different nursing measures on the knowledge-attitude-practice scores,quality of life and self-efficacy level of the patients with geriatric arrhythmia combined with diabetes mellitus.Results After 60 days of intervention,the knowledge score[(48.21±3.24)points],belief score[(38.55±12.01)points]and behavior score[(42.26±3.12)points]of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.454,3.436,2.863,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher QOL scores in disease[(65.01±4.77)points],physiological[(79.55±3.34)points],social interaction[(70.24±3.19)points]and psychological activity[(66.24±2.31)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the self-efficacy level of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of knowledge-attitude-practice health education for geriatric arrhythmia combined with diabetes mellitus patients resulted in improved knowledge of the disease,improved quality of life,and significantly higher self-efficacy levels.
