针灸按摩治疗肾阴亏虚型髌骨软骨软化症的有效性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨通过给予肾阴亏虚型髌骨软骨软化症患者针灸按摩治疗模式的临床效果。方法随机选取2022年1-12月山东省济南市章丘区人民医院收治的肾阴亏虚型髌骨软骨软化症患者60例为研究对象,依据治疗方式的不同分为两组,对照组(n=30)实施常规西医治疗,观察组(n=30)在对照组的基础上实施针灸按摩治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果、膝关节疼痛情况、膝关节活动度、各组生活质量评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率(100.00%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.630,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组生活质量各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后第3天,观察组膝关节疼痛评分以及膝关节活动度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予肾阴亏虚型髌骨软骨软化症患者常规西医治疗的基础上增加针灸按摩治疗,能够快速缓解疾病症状,提升其生活质量。与此同时,还能够缓解膝关节疼痛,促使膝关节活动恢复正常。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion and massage treatment mode for patients with chondromalacia patellae of kidney yin deficiency type.Methods 60 patients with chondromalacia patellae of kidney yin deficiency type admitted to the Zhangqiu District People´s Hospital,Jinan City,Shandong Province from January to December 2022 were randomly selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods.The control group(n=30)was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group(n=30)was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion and massage on the basis of the control group quality of life scores for each group.Compared the clinical treatment effects,knee joint pain,knee joint range of motion,and quality of life scores between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.630,P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the third day after treatment,the observation group had better knee pain scores and knee range of motion than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By adding acupuncture and massage treatment to the conventional Western medical treatment for patients with chondromalacia patella with kidney-yin deficiency,we were able to rapidly alleviate the symptoms of the disease and improve their quality of life.At the same time,it can also relieve knee joint pain and promote the return of knee joint activities to normal.
