个体化医学营养治疗对妊娠糖尿病患者营养行为及血糖的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 分析个体化医学营养治疗(medical nutrition therapy, MNT)在妊娠糖尿病患者治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年7月—2022年12月龙岩人民医院收治的妊娠糖尿病患者300例作为研究对象,随机抽签法分为两组,每组150例,对照组采用常规药物及饮食干预,观察组加用MNT干预。比较两组血糖指标、饮食干预依从性、营养行为、不良妊娠结局。结果 干预后两组血糖水平水平均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组定时进餐、饮食营养调配及正确估量进食依从性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组营养行为评分均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组营养行为评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组低体重新生儿发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 经MNT干预的效果确切,有效稳定患者血糖水平,提高饮食干预依从性,确保营养摄入均衡,促使妊娠结局改善,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of individualized medical nutrition therapy(MNT)in the treatment of gestational diabetes patients.Methods 300 patients with gestational diabetes who were admitted to Longyan People's Hospital from July 2021 to December 2022 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups,150 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs and diet intervention,and the observation group was treated with MNT intervention.Compare two groups of blood glucose indicators,dietary intervention compliance,nutritional behavior,and adverse pregnancy outcomes.Results After intervention,the blood glucose levels in both groups decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the observation group had higher scores for timed meals,dietary nutrition allocation,and correct estimation of eating compliance than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the nutritional behavior scores of both groups increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the nutritional behavior scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of low birth weight newborns in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effectiveness of MNT intervention is accurate,effectively stabilizing patient blood sugar levels,improving dietary intervention compliance,ensuring balanced nutrition intake,and promoting improved pregnancy outcomes,which is worth promoting.
