参芪地黄汤加减治疗T2DM气阴两虚证的疗效及对患者炎症指标与免疫功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨参芪地黄汤治疗2型糖尿病气阴两虚症的临床价值,并分析其对患者炎症指标与免疫功能的影响。方法 选取2020年2月-2021年5月松溪县医院收治的82例气阴两虚症2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同将其分为观察组(n=41)和参照组(n=41),参照组用二甲双胍等治疗,观察组在参照组基础上行参芪地黄汤治疗,比较两组的临床效果、中医症候积分、血糖水平、免疫功能与血清炎症因子。结果 治疗后,观察组有效率(97.56%)高于参照组(82.93%),观察组中医症候积分、空腹血糖、2 h血糖水平均低于参照组,观察组IgG、IgA水平均高于参照组,观察组TNF-α、CRP水平均低于参照组,IL-6高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 参芪地黄汤加减治疗气阴两虚症2型糖尿病的效果显著,可降低血糖,缓解临床症状,提高免疫功能。Objective To investigate the clinical value of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of Qi-yin deficiency syndrome of type 2 diabetes mellitus,and to analyze the effect of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction on inflammatory indexes and immune function of patients.Methods Eighty-two cases of type 2 diabetes patients with Qi-yin syndrome admitted to Songxi County Hospital from February 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objectsand divided into observation group(n=41)and reference group(n=41)according to different treatment methods.The reference group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with Shenqi Dihuang decoction on the basis of the reference group.The clinical effect,TCM syndrome score,blood glucose level,immune function and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group(97.56%)was higher than that of the reference group(82.93%),and the TCM syndrome score,fasting blood glucose and 2 h blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,IgG and IgA levels in observation group were higher than those in reference group,TNF-αand CRP levels in observation group were lower than those in reference group,and IL-6 levels were higher than those in reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Dihuang Decoction has remarkable effect in treating Qi-yin deficiency syndrome type 2 diabetes,which can reduce blood glucose,relieve clinical symptoms and improve immune function.It is worth popularizing and applying.
