摘　　要：目的 探究健康教育在恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者中的护理效果。方法 选取2019年1月-2021年12月三明市第二医院妇科60例恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为A组(30例)、B组(30例),分别实施口头宣教、优质健康教育,比较两组患者护理依从性、护理前后血糖水平、相关知识掌握度及护理满意度。结果 护理后B组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均较A组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组护理依从率为96.67%,较A组的73.33%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组血糖对肿瘤影响、血糖对术后康复影响、血糖自我管理方法掌握度评分较A组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组护理满意度为96.67%,较A组的73.33%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者护理中,实施优质健康教育,可提升其护理依从性,改善其血糖水平提升其对相关知识掌握度,提升护理满意度。Objective To explore the nursing effect of health education in patients with malignant tumor complicated with diabetes.Methods Sixty patients with malignant tumor complicated with diabetes mellitus from January 2019 to December 2021 in the Gynecology Department of the Second Hospital of Sanming City were selected as the study objects.They were divided into group A(30 cases)and group B(30 cases)by random number table method.Oral education and high-quality health education were implemented respectively.Nursing compliance,blood glucose level before and after nursing,knowledge mastery and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in group B after nursing were lower than those in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing compliance rate of group B was 96.67%,higher than that of group A(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effects of blood glucose on tumor,the effects of blood glucose on postoperative rehabilitation and the mastery of blood glucose self-management methods in group B were higher than those in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of group B was 96.67%,higher than that of group A(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with malignant tumors complicated with diabetes,the implementation of high-quality health education can improve their nursing compliance,improve their blood sugar level,enhance their mastery of relevant knowledge,and enhance nursing satisfaction.
