老年糖尿病患者采取个性化心理护理的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析老年糖尿病患者采取个性化心理护理的效果。方法 选取2021年1-12月期间在福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院城东分院接受治疗的老年糖尿病患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上进行个性化心理护理。对比两组患者心理状态、血糖水平改善情况。结果 护理后,观察组糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组松弛与紧张、情绪与行为控制、心境、精力、健康担心、生活满足与兴趣评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组坚韧、乐观、自强评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 老年糖尿病患者接受常规护理的基础上进行个性化心理护理取得了显著治疗效果,患者的心理状态以及血糖水平均得到有效控制,临床应用价值显著。Objective To analyze the effect of individualized psychological nursing for elderly patients with diabetes.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with diabetes who received treatment in the Chengdong Branch of Quanzhou First Hospital affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January to December 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group by random number table method.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,and patients in the observation group received personalized psychological nursing based on routine nursing.The improvement of mental state and blood sugar level in the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the levels of HBA1c,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and fasting plasma glucose in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of relaxation and tension,emotion and behavior control,mood,energy,health worry,life satisfaction and interest in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of tenacity,optimism and self-reliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized psychological care on the basis of routine care for elderly patients with diabetes has achieved remarkable therapeutic effect,and the psychological state and blood sugar level of patients have been effectively controlled,and the clinical application value is significant.
