超声乳化吸出联合人工晶体植入术对糖尿病性白内障患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 分析超声乳化吸出加人工晶体植入对糖尿病性白内障的疗效。方法 选取2022年1-12月普宁华侨医院收治的68例糖尿病性白内障患者为研究对象,经随机数表法将其中34例归为对照组(超声乳化吸出),余下34例归为观察组(超声乳化吸出加人工晶体植入),比较两组手术前后的视力水平、角膜散光度,术后的视觉质量分值和并发症情况。结果 术前和术后7 d,两组视力水平及角膜散光度相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1个月以及3个月,观察组视力水平高于对照组,角膜散光度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后夜间读物、看电视、精细操作和阅读书写方面的视觉质量分值均高于对照组,观察组角膜水肿、暂时性眼压过高、后囊混浊以及前房反应等并发症占比低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 超声乳化吸出加人工晶体植入对糖尿病性白内障疗效理想,能提升患者的视力水平,降低其角膜散光度,改善其视觉质量,减少并发症产生。Objective To analyze the effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation on diabetic cataract.Methods From January to December 2022,68 patients with diabetic cataract were admitted to Puning Overseas Chinese Hospital were selected as the study objects.Among them,34 cases were classified into the control group(phacoemulsification),and the remaining 34 cases were classified into the observation group(phacoemulsification plus intraocular lens implantation)by random number table method.The visual acuity and corneal astigmatism before and after operation were compared between the two groups,the visual quality score and complications after operation were compared.Results Before operation and 7 d after operation,there was no statistically significant difference in visual acuity and corneal astigmatism between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1 month and 3 months after operation,the visual acuity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the corneal astigmatism was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual quality scores of reading at night,watching TV,fine manipulation and reading and writing in the observation group after operation were higher than those in the control group,the proportion of complications such as corneal edema,temporary high intraocular pressure,posterior capsule opacity and anterior chamber reaction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation has an ideal curative effect on diabetic cataract.It can improve the visual acuity of patients,reduce corneal astigmatism,improve visual quality,and reduce complications.
