摘 要:目的分析在糖尿病、非糖尿病下肢血管病变诊断中,多层螺旋CT的应用效果,并评估其应用价值。方法选取2021年2月—2023年2月青岛市胶州中心医院收治的50例糖尿病下肢血管病变患者为研究组、50例非糖尿病下肢血管病变患者为对照组进行对比研究,所有入组患者均实施多层螺旋CT诊断,分析两组患者CT灌注参数、血管狭窄评分、血管分支分级情况。结果研究组血容量(blood volume,BV)、达峰时间(time to peak,TTP)高于对照组,平均通过时间(mean transit time,MTT)、血流量(blood flow,BF)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组钙化斑块少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组狭窄程度较对照组严重,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT诊断优势显著,在糖尿病、非糖尿病下肢血管病变诊断中具有较高的应用价值,可以科学指导后续治疗。Objective To analyze the effect of multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of diabetic and nondiabetic lower limb vascular lesions and evaluate its application value.Methods 50 patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease treated in Jiaozhou Central Hospital of Qingdao from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study group and 50 patients with non-diabetic lower extremity vascular disease as the control group for comparative study.All enrolled patients were diagnosed with multi-slice spiral CT.CT perfusion parameters,vascular stenosis score and vascular branch classification were analyzed in the two groups.Results The blood volume(BV)and time to peak(TTP)of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the mean transit time(MTT)and blood flow(BF)of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The calcified plaques in the study group were less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The stenosis degree of the study group was more serious than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT has significant ad⁃vantages in the diagnosis of diabetic and non-diabetic lower extremity vascular diseases and has high application value,which can scientifically guide the follow-up treatment.
