摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)的患者应用瑞舒伐他汀联合达格列净治疗的临床效果,以便为日后临床制订治疗方案提供参考。方法选取2022年1—12月揭西县人民医院内二科接诊的72例2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者,依据数表法分为对照组(36例)与研究组(36例),对照组接受瑞舒伐他汀联合阿波卡糖治疗,研究组接受瑞舒伐他汀联合达格列净治疗,比较两组患者血糖指标、胰岛素水平、血脂水平及炎性指标。结果研究组患者治疗后血糖各项指标、胰岛素水平、炎性指标、胆固醇、三酰甘油及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者应用瑞舒伐他汀联合达格列净治疗具有积极意义,其可有效调节血糖、血脂水平,有利于降低炎症因子表达,改善心功能指标。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Rosuvastatin combined with Dapagliflozin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with coronary atherosclerosis heart disease(CHD),so as to provide a reference for clinical treatment in the future.Methods From January to December 2022,72 patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with CHD were selected from the Department of internal medicineⅡof Jiexi County People's Hospital.They were divided into a control group(36 cases)and a study group(36 cases)according to the number table method.The control group received Rosuvastatin+apokaose treatment,and the study group received Rosuvastatin combined with Dapagliflozin treatment.Blood glucose indicators,insulin levels,blood lipid levels,and inflammatory indicators of patients in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the blood glucose indicators,insulin levels,inflammatory indica⁃tors,total cholesterol,triacylglycerol,and low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels of the study group patients were lower than those of the control group,while high density lipoprotein cholesterol levels were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin combined with Dapa⁃gliflozin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with CHD has positive significance,which can effectively regulate blood glucose and lipid levels,help reduce the expression of inflammatory factors,and improve cardiac function indi⁃cators.
