摘　　要：目的探讨并分析短期应用胰岛素强化治疗在2型糖尿病患者中的效果与对胰岛β细胞功能的影响。方法选取2022年4月—2023年4月沂水县人民医院老年医学科收治的2型糖尿病患者74例,利用双盲法分为强化组与惯例组,各37例。惯例组给予常规治疗方案,强化组给予短期胰岛素强化治疗。比较两组临床疗效各项指标。结果强化组治疗总有效率明显高于惯例组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,强化组空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖均明显低于惯例组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。强化组血糖恢复时间短于惯例组且糖化血红蛋白水平优于惯例组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,强化组各项胰岛素功能指标、胰岛素抵抗指标及血脂水平均明显优于惯例组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论短期应用胰岛素强化治疗2型糖尿病,临床疗效明显,可改善血脂、血糖水平及胰岛β细胞功能。Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of short-term application of insulin intensive therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and its influence on pancreaticβ-cell function.Methods A total of 74 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Geriatric Medicine Department of Yishui County People's Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were randomly selected and divided into intensive group and routine group by double-blind method,37 cases in each group.The conventional group was given conventional treatment,and the intensive group was given short-term insulin intensive treatment.The clinical efficacy indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the intensive group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the intensive group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose recovery time of the intensive group was shorter than that of the conventional group,and the glycosylated hemoglobin level was better than that of the conventional group,the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the insulin function indexes,insulin resistance indexes and lipid levels in the intensive group were significantly better than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Short-term intensive treatment of type 2 diabetes with insulin has obvious clinical effect and can improve blood lipids,blood sugar levels,and pancreatic isletsβCellular function.
