彩色多普勒超声检查用于2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变评定中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病患者下肢动脉血管彩色多普勒超声检查的临床价值研究。方法选取2020年3月—2023年1月广东省开平市中心医院功能科诊治的2型糖尿病周围血管病变患者80例为研究组,选择同期本院具有下肢血管病变的非糖尿病患者80例为对照组,全部研究对象均予以下肢动脉血管彩色多普勒超声检查,比较两组的斑块形成率,比较两组的收缩期流速峰值、血流阻力指数、内中膜厚度、下肢动脉内径指标。结果研究组的下肢动脉斑块形成率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的股总动脉的血管内径、收缩期流速峰值分别为(5.8±0.4)mm、(71.2±7.4)cm/s,小于对照组的(7.6±0.8)mm、(96.6±8.6)cm/s,血流阻力指数、内中膜厚度分别为(1.9±0.3)、(5.7±0.8)mm,大于对照组的(0.4±0.1)、(2.3±0.4)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的股总动脉、腘动脉、胫后动脉、胫前动脉、足背动脉的血管内径、收缩期流速峰值小于对照组,血流阻力指数、内中膜厚度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变予以彩色多普勒超声检查,能方便及时为临床提供下肢血管病变诊断依据,具有更高的临床价值。Objective To analyze the clinical value of lower limb arterial vascular color Doppler ultrasonography in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From March 2020 to January 2023,80 cases of type 2 diabetic pe⁃ripheral vasculopathy diagnosed and treated in the Department of Functional Medicine of Kaiping Center Hospital were selected as the study group,and 80 cases of nondiabetic patients with lower limb vasculopathy in the same pe⁃riod of time were selected as the control group;all the study subjects were subjected to lower limb arterial vessel color Doppler ultrasonography,and the rate of plaque formation was compared in the two groups;peak systolic flow velocity,blood flow resistance index,intima-media thickness,and internal diameter of lower limb arteries were compared in both groups.Results The rate of lower limb arterial plaque formation in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intravascular diameter and peak systolic flow velocity of the common femoral artery in the study group were(5.8±0.4)mm and(71.2±7.4)cm/s,respec⁃tively,which were smaller than those of the control group(7.6±0.8)mm and(96.6±8.6)cm/s,respectively.The blood flow resistance index and the thickness of the inner median membrane were(1.9±0.3)mm and(5.7±0.8)mm,greater than those of the control group(0.4±0.1)mm and(2.3±0.4)mm,respectively,and the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(P<0.05).The intravascular diameter and peak systolic flow velocity of the common femoral artery,popliteal artery,posterior tibial artery,anterior tibial artery,and dorsalis pedis artery of the study group were smaller than those of the control group,and the index of resistance to flow and the thickness of the inner median membrane were greater than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ul⁃trasound examination of lower limb vascular lesions in patients with type 2 diabetes me
