“三全育人”理念下高校职业指导工作的育人功能与实践路径探索

摘　　要：职业指导工作作为高校理论与实践紧密结合的一项育人工程,既是高校“三全育人”的路径之一,又是“三全育人”理念在大学生职业引导、教育、发展方面的综合运用。然而,由于大多高校现行的职业指导工作存在着诸如缺乏系统性规划、工作机制不完善、课程内容单一、教学方法呆板、教育资源及实践平台不足等问题,一定程度上导致了部分高校毕业生就业难和就业质量低的双重困境。在充分分析高校职业指导工作实际的前提下,结合2016年全国高校思想政治工作会议关于“三全育人”的明确阐述和党的十九大提出的就业是最大民生的论断等精神,探索高校职业指导工作“三全育人”的实践路径和“3-6-3”多维协同的工作模式。As an educational project combining theory and practice in colleges and universities,vocational guidance is among paths of“All-round education”in colleges and universities,and also a comprehensive application of the“All-round education”concept in the vocational guidance,education and development of college students.However,there are some problems in the current vocational guidance work in most universities,such as lack of systematic planning,imperfect working mechanism,single course content,inflexible teaching method,insufficient educational resources and practice platform,etc.,to some extent,it results in the dual predicament of the difficulty and low quality of employment for some college graduates.On the premise of fully analyzing the reality of college vocational guidance work,combined with the clear statement of“All-round education”made by the 2016 National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in colleges and universities,and the conclusion of the 19th National Congress of CPC,employment is the greatest livelihood for people.This paper puts forward the practical path of“All-round education”and the multi-dimensional cooperative working model of“3-6-3”in the work of vocational guidance in colleges and universities.
