摘 要:为模拟人体实际穿着情况对织物抗紫外线性能的影响,比较分析了在拉伸和人工汗液浸渍状态下,坯布和成品布紫外线防护系数(UPF值)的变化。结果表明:拉伸与人工汗液浸渍对织物的抗紫外线性能有不同程度的影响,对坯布和成品布UPF值影响最大的因素为拉伸和汗液浸湿率;经拉伸处理后,坯布和成品布的UPF值均出现不同程度的降低。当拉力从0上升到顶破强力的5%时,坯布和成品布的UPF值平均衰减率分别为38.9%和26.2%;成品布的抗紫外线性能随着汗液浸湿率的升高而减弱,坯布的抗紫外线性能随汗液浸湿率的增加呈现先增强后减弱的趋势;在浸湿率为75%时,坯布的UPF值最大。In order to simulate the effect of human body's actual wearing conditions on the UV resistance of fabrics,the changes of the UV protection factor(UPF)of blank cloth and finished knitted cloth under the conditions of stretching and artificial sweat immersion are compared and analyzed.The results show that the wetting of artificial sweat and stretching have different degrees of influence on the UV resistance of fabrics,and the most influential factors on the UPF value of blank cloth and finished knitted cloth are stretching and water content rate,respectively.Under the tensile treatment,the UV protection performance of blank cloth and finished knitted cloth decreases to different degrees.When the tensile force rises from zero to 5%of the bursting strength,the average attenuation rate of UPF value of blank cloth and finished knitted cloth is 38.9%and 26.2%respectively.The UV resistance of the finished knitted cloth decreases with the increase of the sweat wetting rate.The UV resistance of the blank cloth increases at first and then decreases with the increase of the water content rate.The UV resistance of the blank cloth reaches the maximum value when the water content rate is 75%.
