摘 要:为选择较优的亚麻/棉混纺比,通过理论与试验的方法,探究了混纺比对亚麻/棉混纺纱断裂强度、断裂伸长率和断裂比功的影响。结果表明:随着棉混纺比增大,亚麻/棉混纺纱的断裂强度和断裂比功均呈现先减小后增大的趋势,在棉纤维的临界混纺比40%处最小;混纺纱的断裂伸长率随棉混纺比的增加一开始基本不变,当棉混纺比超过40%后逐渐增大。In order to select the optimal flax/cotton blend ratio,the effects of the blend ratio on the breaking strength,elongation at break,and specific work at break of flax/cotton blended yarn are investigated through theoretical and experimental methods.The results show that as the cotton blending ratio increases,the breaking strength and specific work at break of linen/cotton blended yarn show a trend of first decreasing and then increasing,with the lowest value at the critical blending ratio of 40%of cotton fibers;The breaking elongation of blended yarn initially remains basically unchanged with the increase of cotton blending ratio,but gradually increases when the cotton proportion exceeds40%.
