摘 要:探究了干法纺精细化亚麻/棉混纺纱临界捻系数与混纺比的关系。通过试验和回归分析,确定了不同混纺比下的临界捻系数,并构建了混纺比与临界捻系数的线性和二次多项式回归方程。结果表明:精细化亚麻/棉混纺纱临界捻系数随着亚麻混纺比的增大而增大;混纺纱的线密度为30~50 tex时,相同混纺比精细化亚麻/棉混纺纱的临界捻系数基本不变;混纺比与临界捻系数的线性回归方程和二次多项式回归方程的拟合程度均较好,但线性回归方程计算更加简单,可更简便地指导不同混纺比精细化亚麻/棉混纺纱的生产。The relationship between the critical twist factor and the blending ratio of refined flax/cotton blended yarn with dry spinning is investigated.The critical twist factors for different blending ratios are determined by experiments and regression analysis methods,and the regression equations of linear and quadratic polynomial between the blending ratios and the critical twist factors are established.The results show that as the flax blending ratio increases,the critical twist factor increases.When the linear density of refined flax/cotton blended yarn is 30~50 tex,the critical twist factor of the blended yarn with the same blending ratio is basically constant;Both the regression equations of linear and quadratic polynomial between the blending ratio and the critical twist factor are well fitted,but the linear regression equations are simpler to calculate and can more conveniently guide the production of refined flax/cotton blended yarns with different blending ratios.
