摘 要:为改善生物基锦纶56(PA56)短纤维纱线强力低及其织物抗皱性差的问题,采用赛络纺包芯技术制备了多个捻系数的包芯纱产品(SCY),并织造了2种织物。分析了SCY的力学性能、纱线外观、纱线截面、耐磨性及其织物折皱回复性。研究结果表明:捻系数为400的SCY力学性能最好,断裂强度为25.0 c N/tex,断裂伸长率为34.7%,相较于赛络纺纱,断裂强度和伸长率分别提升了20.1%和11.1%;涤纶长丝被完全包覆在纱体中间,表现出良好的包覆效果;SCY纱线具有良好的可织性;与纯赛络纺纱织物相比,添加涤纶长丝的包芯纱织物的急弹/缓弹性折痕回复角均显著提升,说明采用赛络纺包芯技术能有效提升PA56短纤维织物的抗皱性。In order to improve the strength of bio-based polyamide 56(PA56)short fiber yarn and the poor wrinkle resistance of its fabric,the core-spun yarn products(SCY)with multiple twist factors are prepared by Siro-spinning core-spun technology and two kinds of fabrics are woven.The mechanical properties,yarn appearance,yarn cross-section,wear resistance and wrinkle recovery of SCY are analyzed.The results show that the SCY400 with a twist factor of 400 has the best mechanical properties,with a breaking strength of 25.01 cN/tex and a breaking elongation of 34.7%.Compared with Siro spinning,the breaking strength and elongation of SCY400 are increased by 20.1%and 11.1%,respectively.The polyester filament is completely coated in the middle of the yarn,showing a good coating effect.SCY products have good weavability.Compared with pure Siro-spun fabric,the fast and slow elastic crease recovery angles of core-spun fabric with polyester filament are significantly improved.Therefore,the Siro-spun core-spun technology can effectively improve the wrinkle resistance of the PA56 staple fiber fabric.
