摘  要:肾脏是高度血管化的器官,负责清除代谢产物、维持血压和调节电解质平衡。肾脏微循环功能障碍和结构异常与多种肾脏疾病的发生发展密切相关。肾脏微循环功能障碍参与急性肾损伤和狼疮肾炎、糖尿病肾病等慢性肾脏病的发生发展,与多种因素介导的免疫反应、炎性因子释放和氧化应激损伤肾脏微血管内皮细胞功能、肾小球滤过膜有关。影像学和血清学的发展迭代为肾脏微循环测评提供了技术支撑。血管活性成分、生长因子和中药成分等靶向肾脏微循环的治疗策略为肾脏疾病治疗提供了新思路。The kidney is a highly vascularized organ responsible for clearing metabolic waste,maintaining blood pressure,and regulating electrolyte balance.In recent years,studies have shown that dysfunction and structural abnormalities in the renal microcirculation are closely related to the development and progression of various kidney diseases.Renal microcirculation dysfunction is involved in the development and progression of acute kidney injury,lupus nephritis,diabetic nephropathy,and other chronic kidney diseases,and is associated with immune responses mediated by various factors,the release of inflammatory cytokines,and oxidative stress-induced damage to renal microvascular endothelial cells and the glomerular filtration membrane.The advancement of imaging and serological techniques has provided technical support for the evaluation of renal microcirculation.Therapeutic or adjunctive strategies targeting renal microcirculation,such as vasoactive components,growth factors,and traditional Chinese medicine ingredients,offer new insights for the treatment of kidney diseases.
