摘  要:由于逐年增长的使用年限、天气环境影响、原来施工原因等,玻璃幕墙在使用过程中会出现安全隐患。因幕墙属于外装饰结构,其与主体的结构连接为隐蔽工程,在检查过程中不易发现安全隐患。对红外热成像技术在既有玻璃幕墙建筑渗漏水、面板节能、层间防火和幕墙面板构造等无损检查中的应用效果进行了研究和探索。结果表明:红外热成像技术在部分幕墙构件渗漏水、节能性能、层间防火和隐框构造等项目的隐患检查中有较明显的效果。Existing glass curtain walls are architectural works completed along with the main structure of the building,which usually refers to curtain wall buildings that have been completed and delivered to the construction unit.It has many advantages such as aesthetics,lightweight quality,easy installation,and transparent lighting,which are widely used in the rapid development of the Chinese economy.However,due to the increasing service life,glass curtain walls are suffering from environmental impact,original construction reasons,and potential safety hazards.Because the curtain wall is an external decoration structure,which connects with the main structural join in a concealed project,it is not easy to find its potential safety hazards in the inspect ion.Therefore,the industry needs to develop a nondestructive inspection method.This paper has used infrared thermal imaging technology to detect water leakage,panel energy conservation,and floor fire prevent ion.Besides,It has conducted research and exploration on the application effect of non-destructive testing in curtain wall panel construction and some other aspects.
