摘  要:为解决石墨尾矿的堆积污染问题,石墨尾矿在路面底基层方面的综合利用提供理论依据,针对鸡西石墨尾矿进行颗粒分析试验和击实试验,针对水泥稳定石墨尾矿进行击实试验和7d无侧限抗压强度试验。由物性试验得到石墨尾矿为一种级配不良的含细粒土砂,击实曲线为双峰值曲线。由7d无侧限抗压强度试验得到5%以上水泥掺量的水泥稳定石墨尾矿抗压强度大于1.5MPa。试验结果表明,随着水泥含量的增加,水泥稳定石墨尾矿的7d无侧限抗压强度也不断增加。当水泥掺量达到5%以上时,7d无侧限抗压强度满足规范要求。考虑材料路用的经济性,建议选用5%水泥掺量、10%含水量的水泥稳定石墨尾矿用作路面底基层。为石墨尾矿在道路中的应用研究提供参考。Aiming at solving the pollution problem of graphite tailings accumulation and providing a theoretical ba⁃sis for the comprehensive utilization of graphite tailings in pavement sub-base,compaction tests and 7d unconfined compressive strength tests are carried out for cement-stabilized graphite tailings in Jixi.The graphite tailing is a poorly graded soil sand with fine grains from the physical property results,and the compaction curve of graphite tail⁃ings is with a double peak curve.The 7d unconfined compressive strength of cement-stabilized graphite tailings with more than 5%cement admixture is greater than 1.5 MPa.The experimental results show that with the increase of ce⁃ment content,the 7d unconfined compressive strength of cement-stabilized graphite tailings also increases intermittently.When the cement admixture reaches more than 5%,the 7d lateral limitless compressive strength meets the specification requirements.Considering the economy of the material in road usage,it is recommended to use 5%cement and 10%water content of cement stabilized graphite tailings as pavement sub-base.
