某复杂楼盖体系超高层结构抗震性能研究

摘  要:框架-核心筒结构体系在酒店、公寓及SOHO办公类超高层建筑中得到广泛应用。楼面梁系布置的规则性直接影响建筑功能的实现和经济效益,对结构提出了各类复杂楼面承托体系需求。文中以启东地区一幢超高层建筑为例,采用YJK、ETABS和SAUSAGE等多种软件,对结构进行小、中、大震下的性能化分析与设计,发现抗震薄弱部位进行针对性加强,并对楼面承托体系中关键的支撑连梁和楼面次梁进行专项分析与强化。结果显示经性能化设计与专项分析,在小、中、大震下,结构具有符合规范要求的强度、刚度和延性,验证了复杂的楼面承托体系的合理性,可为类似工程设计提供借鉴参考。The frame core tube structure system is widely used in super high-rise buildings such as hotels,apartments,and SOHO offices.The regularity of floor beam system layout directly affects the realization of building functions and economic benefits,with requirements for the structure of various complex floor support system.Taking a super high-rise building in the Qidong area as the case,YJK,ETABS,and SAUSAGE softwares are used to conduct performance-based analysis and design of the structure under small,medium,and large earthquakes.Targeted strengthening is found in the weak seismic areas,and special analysis and strengthening are conducted on the key supporting connecting beams and secondary beams in the floor support system.The results show that through performance-based design and specialized analysis under small,medium,and large earthquakes,the strength,stiffness,and ductility of the structure meet the requirements of the specifications,verifying the rationality of complex floor support systems and providing reference for similar engineering designs.
