摘　　要：为了提高压蒸汽灭菌器的检测效率和准确度,在对行业标准、地方校准规范等相关技术资料充分研究的基础上,设计并实现了包含压力示值误差、安全阀排气压力、启闭压差、密封性四个检测项目的自动检测系统。该系统使用MATLAB软件编程实现,可自动采集、计算并判断所检测项目是否符合要求。同时,将人工检测结果与自动检测结果进行对比验证。结果表明:该自动检测系统在检测效率和准确度方面均满足使用需求。In order to improve the detection efficiency and accuracy of high-pressure steam sterilizer,an automat-ic detection system including four detection items,including pressure indication error,safety valve exhaust pres-sure,opening and closing pressure difference,and tightness,was designed and implemented on the basis of full study of industrial standards,local calibration speeifications and other relevant technical data.The system is pro-grammed with MATLAB software,which can automatically collect,calculate and judge whether the delected items meet the requirements.The comparison and venfication of manual detection results and autoratic dection results show that the automatie detection system can meet the use requirements in tems of detection eficiencey and accuracy.
