加油机自动检定装置液位计校准的必要性的探讨

摘　　要：加油机检定过程中,液面高度测量是关键,而液位计作为液面高度的自动测量装置则需进行校准。本文针对液位计校准的必要性进行实验分析。实验表明:液位计必须进行校准,否则有可能造成加油机自动检定装置的较大读数误差,无法满足检定要求。同时提出校准方法,并验证其有效性。In the verification process of refueling machine,the liquid level height measurement is the key,and the liquid level gauge,as an automatic measuring device,needs to be calibrated.In this paper,the necessity of cali-bration of liquid level meter is analyzed experimentally.The experiment shows that the liquid level meter must be calibrated,otherwise it may cause a large reading error of the automatic verification device of the refueling ma-chine,which can not meet the verification requirements.At the same time,the calibration method is proposed and its effectiveness is venified.
