摘  要:圆度测量仪是以精密回转中心为回转测量基准,通过传感器测量被测件不同转角位置的实际轮廓与回转中心半径的变化量,定量评价被测件某一横截面圆度的测量仪器,可用于测量内、外回转表面各截面轮廓的圆度、同心度和端面跳动等参数。本文采用定标块和玻璃半球,对圆度仪测得值的不确定度进行评定。The roundness measuring instrument is based on the precision center of rotation as the base of rotation measurement.It measures the actual contour of different corners of the measured part and the change of the center adius of rotation through the sensor,and quantitatively evaluates the roundness of a cross section of the measured part.It can be used to measure the roundness,concentricity and runout of the end surface of each section of the inner and outer rotating surface.In this paper,the uncertainty of the value measured by the roundness meter is evaluated by using a calibration block and a glass hemisphere.
