摘　　要：目的探讨类风湿关节炎患者的疲劳状况,分析影响疲劳的因素。方法选取郑州大学第一附属医院2022年1—10月收治的230例类风湿关节炎患者作为研究对象,采用问卷调查患者一般资料及疼痛、疾病不确定感、疲劳程度、睡眠质量与负面情绪评分,分析影响疲劳状况的因素。结果类风湿关节炎患者疲劳总分为19~42(29.97±6.08)分。不同居住地、受教育程度、居住情况患者疲劳状况评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,疲劳评分与视觉模拟量表(VAS)、疾病不确定感、睡眠质量、焦虑、抑郁评分之间呈正相关(P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析显示,居住地、受教育程度、VAS评分、疾病不确定感评分、睡眠质量评分、焦虑、抑郁是影响类风湿性关节炎患者疲劳评分的因素(P<0.05)。结论类风湿性关节炎患者疲劳水平较高,居住地、受教育程度、VAS评分、疾病不确定感评分、睡眠质量评分、焦虑、抑郁是其主要影响因素,临床护理人员应采取针对性措施,改善患者的疲劳状况。Objective To explore the fatigue status of patients with rheumatoid arthritis and analyze the factors related to fatigue.Methods A total of 230 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.A questionnaire was used to investigate the general information of the patients,as well as the scores of pain,disease uncertainty,fatigue,sleep quality,and negative emotions.The factors affecting fatigue status were analyzed.Results The total fatigue score of patients with rheumatoid arthritis was 19-42(29.97±6.08).There was differences in fatigue scores of patients with different places of residence,education level and living conditions(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that fatigue scores were positively correlated with visual analogue scale(VAS),disease uncertainty,sleep quality,anxiety and depression scores(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that residence,educational level,VAS score,disease uncertainty score,sleep quality score,anxiety and depression were the factors affecting fatigue score of rheumatoid arthritis patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with rheumatoid arthritis have a high fatigue level.Residence,educational level,VAS score,disease uncertainty score,sleep quality score,anxiety and depression are the main influencing factors.In clinical care,targeted measures should be taken to eliminate the fatigue status of patients.
