院前院内一体化救治模式对急性脑梗死溶栓治疗患者的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨院前院内一体化救治模式对急性脑梗死溶栓治疗患者的效果。方法选取郑州市第一人民医院2021年12月至2022年12月收治的90例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,其中2021年12月至2022年6月接受常规急救模式的45例患者作为对照组,2022年7—12月接受院前院内一体化模式的45例患者作为观察组。比较两组急救相关时间、神经功能评分、日常生活能力评分。结果观察组各项急救相关时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组各项日常生活能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论院前院内一体化救治模式可有效提升急性脑梗死溶栓治疗患者救治效率,提高日常生活能力。Objective To exploring the effect of integrated pre-hospital and intra hospital treatment mode on patients with acute cerebral infarction undergoing thrombolytic therapy.Methods A total of 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study object,including 45 patients receiving conventional emergency mode from December 2021 to June 2022 as the control group,and 45 patients receiving pre-hospital and in-hospital integration mode from July to December 2022 as the observation group.First aid related time,neurological function score and daily living ability score were compared between the two groups.Results The first aid related time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of daily living ability in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The pre-hospital and in-hospital integrated treatment mode can effectively improve the efficiency of treatment and the ability of daily life for patients with acute cerebral infarction.
