摘 要:为了研究激光入射角度对铝合金角接焊接质量的影响,文章以1.5 mm S600铝合金和1.5 mm S600铝合金角接为研究对象,采用单一控制变量法,获得在不同激光入射角度时的焊缝熔深、熔宽,同时测量得到在不同激光入射角度下焊缝的抗拉强度。试验结果表明:随着入射角度的增大,焊缝熔深减小,焊缝的熔宽先增大后减小,焊缝的抗断裂最大拉力也是先增大后减小;当入射角度为30°时,焊缝抗拉强度比垂直入射时增加约35%。研究结果表明,通过调整激光的入射角度,角焊缝能获得更好的外观质量,同时也能提高焊缝的抗拉强度。In order to study the effect of laser incident angle on the welding quality of aluminum alloy fillet joints,this paper takes 1.5 mm S600 aluminum alloy and 1.5 mm S600 aluminum alloy fillet joints as the research objects,and uses a single controlled variable method to measure the weld penetration and weld width at different laser incident angles and the tensile strength of the weld at different laser incident angles.The test results show that with the increase of the incident angle,the weld penetration decreases,the weld width increases first and then decreases,and the maximum tensile force against fracture of the weld also increases first and then decreases.When the incident angle is 30°,the tensile strength of the weld increases by about 35%compared with that under normal incidence.By adjusting the incident angle of the laser,a better appearance quality of fillet weld can be obtained and the tensile strength of the weld can also be improved.
