摘  要:为探究钢纤维类型、钢纤维掺量、纳米炭黑掺量对导电混凝土力学性能的影响,设计了三因素四水平二指标共16种工况的正交试验,得到了各组试件的抗折强度与劈拉强度。通过对试验数据进行极差分析、方差分析、矩阵分析,得到结论:钢纤维类型对混凝土强度的影响较大,且剪切型钢纤维效果较好;钢纤维掺量对混凝土强度的影响呈先增加后降低的趋势,有明显拐点;在试验中纳米炭黑对混凝土力学性能影响不明显;当剪切型钢纤维掺量0.4%、纳米炭黑掺量0.75%时,混凝土抗折强度、劈拉强度达到最佳。In order to explore the effects of steel fiber type,steel fiber content,and nano carbon black content on the mechanical properties of conductive concrete,orthogonal experiments are designed for a total of sixteen working conditions,including three factors,four levels,and two indicators.The flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of each group of specimens are obtained.Through range analysis,variance analysis and matrix analysis of experimental data,it is concluded that the type of steel fiber has a significant impact on the strength of concrete,and the shear type steel fiber has a good effect.The effect of steel fiber content on the strength of concrete shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,with a clear turning point.In the experiment,the effect of nano carbon black on the mechanical properties of concrete is not significant.When the content of shear steel fiber is 0.4%and the content of nano carbon black is 0.75%,the flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete reach the best.
