摘 要:目的观察氟离子导入与氟保护漆在老年人根面龋微创治疗中的疗效。方法选取2020年6月~2021年12月收治的72例老年根面龋患者共计145颗患牙,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组36例,其中对照组69颗患牙采用氟保护漆涂布治疗,观察组76颗患牙采用氟离子导入法治疗。根据患牙症状改善情况、病损区硬度、病损范围和边缘形态等指标,评估两组患者的治疗有效性和根面龋齿评分。结果对照组和观察组的治疗有效性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组的根面龋齿评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用氟离子导入与氟保护漆涂布的方法微创治疗老年人根面龋,两者均有显著的治疗效果。氟离子导入法可降低根面龋评分,有效抑制根面龋发展。且由于氟离子导入法中氟离子沉积更快,仪器操作简便、耗时较短,还可多人同时进行治疗,效率较高。Objective To observe the efficacy of fluoride iontophoresis and fluoride varnish in minimally invasive treatment of root caries in the elderly people.Methods A total of 145 affected teeth were selected from 72 elderly patients with root caries admitted from June 2020 to December 2021.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group.69 affected teeth in the control group were treated with fluoride varnish,while 76 affected teeth in the observation group were treated with fluoride iontophoresis.The treatment effectiveness and root caries score of the two groups were evaluated according to the improvement of teeth symptoms,hardness of lesion area,lesion range and edge shape.Results There was no statistically significant difference in treatment effectiveness between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05).After treatment,the root caries score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive treatment of root caries in elderly using fluoride iontophoresis and fluoride varnish has shown significant therapeutic effects for both interventions.Fluoride iontophoresis can reduce the root caries score and effectively inhibit the development of root caries.Moreover,the fluoride iontophoresis method has a faster fluoride ion deposition rate,simpler instrument operation,shorter time consumption,and the ability to treat multiple individuals simultaneously,resulting in higher efficiency.
