自拟益静汤治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍肝肾阴虚证的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟益静汤治疗注意缺陷多动障碍肝肾阴虚证患儿的疗效。方法选取2020年1月~2022年9月在我院门诊就诊的注意缺陷多动障碍肝肾阴虚证儿童56例,按照随机数字表法分成两组,每组28例。治疗组给予口服自拟益静汤治疗,对照组给予口服盐酸哌甲酯治疗,疗程均为2个月,治疗结束后对患儿症状的改善程度进行评价。结果治疗组的SNAP-IV多动-冲动评分、临床总有效率与对照组相比,结果均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组中医症候总积分降低更明显(P<0.05)、不良反应率更低(P<0.05)。结论自拟益静汤治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍肝肾阴虚证疗效肯定,且不良反应发生率较低。Objective To observe the effect of applied Yijing decoction on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)(liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome).Methods A total of selected 56 children with ADHD(liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome)treated in outpatient department in our hospital from January 2020 to September 2022 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,28 cases in each group.The treatment group received Yijing decoction orally,while the control group received oral methylphenidate hydrochloride.The treatment duration for both groups was 2 months.After the treatment,the improvement in symptoms of the children was evaluated.Results There were no significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in terms of SNAP-IV Scale hyperactivity score,and total clinical effective rate(P>0.05).The treatment group showed a more significant reduction in the total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation(P<0.05)and a lower incidence of adverse reactions(P<0.05)compared to the control group.Conclusion Yijing decoction has a positive therapeutic effect in treating children with ADHD(liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome),with a low incidence of adverse reactions.
