摘 要:采用自由基悬浮聚合法合成二元共聚物PAN-co-PDMAEMA,以DMF为溶剂,采用L-S相转化法制备PAN/PAN-co-PDMAEMA共混超滤膜。利用FT-IR、^(1)H-NMR分析共聚物PAN-co-PDMAEMA的化学结构,使用SEM对超滤膜进行形貌表征。超滤膜水通量在不同气体(N_(2)/CO_(2))压力下发生变化,测试了PAN/PAN-co-PDMAEMA超滤膜的CO_(2)刺激响应性,利用CO_(2)刺激响应性,采用交替曝气法(N_(2)/CO_(2))清洗超滤膜表面的蛋白质污染,并与传统的膜清洁方式进行了对比。采用碱洗和酸洗后的共混膜通量恢复率接近100%,采用交替曝气法(N_(2)/CO_(2))的膜清洗膜通量恢复率达到78%,高于水洗法27%的通量恢复率。The binary copolymer PAN-co-PDMAEMA was synthesized by free radical suspension polymerization,and PAN/PAN-co-PDMAEMA blend ultrafiltration membrane was prepared by L-S phase transformation method using DMF as solvent.The chemical structure of the PAN-co-PDMAEMA copolymer was analyzed by FT-IR and ^(1)H-NMR,and the morphology of the ultrafiltration membrane was characterized by SEM.The water flux ability of ultrafiltration membrane was changed under different gas pressures(N_(2)/CO_(2)),which proved its CO_(2)responsive property.With the help of the CO_(2)responsive performance,the protein pollution on the surface of ultrafiltration membrane was cleaned with the alternating aeration(N_(2)/CO_(2))method,whose cleaning efficiency was compared with that of traditional method.The flux recovery rate of the blended membrane after alkali or acid washing was close to 100%,while that after alternating aeration was only 78%,which was 27%higher than that of water washing.
