摘 要:以锦纶和涤纶开发的新型针织织物PA666/PET为原料,采用6种不同碱处理工艺对织物进行减量处理,通过处理前后织物质量变化表征了不同NaOH和1227用量对织物减量的影响,测试了不同减量率下织物的经纬收缩率、表面形貌、拉伸强度、透气率、硬挺度等性能的变化。结果表明,随着NaOH和1227用量增加,织物减量率不断增大,同时织物的断裂强度不断下降,断裂伸长先增加后降低;NaOH用量10g/L、1227用量1g/L时,织物断裂强度最大,透气率最小;经纬向抗弯强度拟合曲线表明,随减量增加,抗弯长度呈整体下降趋势。A new type of knitted fabric PA666/PET was developed from nylon and polyester as raw materials,through six types of alkali treatment processes with the aim of reducing weight of the fabric.The effects of NaOH and 1227 dosages on the reduction of fabric weight were characterized by evaluating the changes in the quality of the fabric before and after treatment.The changes in warp and weft shrinkage,surface morphology,tensile strength,air permeability,stiffness and other properties of the fabric with different reduction rates were also characterized.With increasing NaOH and 1227 dosages,the weight reduction rate of fabric was continuously enhanced,whereas its fracture strength was reduced,and its fracture elongation was initially increased and then decreased.Under the conditions of 10 g/L of NaOH dosage and 1 g/L of 1227 dosage,the treated fabric exhibited the highest breaking strength and the lowest air permeability.The fitting curve analysis of longitudinal and latitudinal flexural strength showed that the bending length decreased with elevating reduction rates.
